                                                 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought

always to pray, and faint not. Luke 18:1

 

 Sunday:  Pray for the government, authorities, elected officials, and pastors.  I Timothy 2:1,2 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; for kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. 

 Monday:  Pastor & Minister Barfield, deacons, and leaders of the church James 5:16,  Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed.  The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

 Tuesday: The congregation and disciples  
II Chronicles 7:14  If my people, which are called by my name, shall  humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their
land. 
Colossians 1:9  For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not
 cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the
knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding

Wednesday:  Ministries of the church  
Joel 2:17  Let the priests, the ministers of the Lord, weep between the  porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare thy people, O Lord, and give not thine heritage to reproach, that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore should they say among the people, Where is their God? 

Thursday: 
for unbelievers and for labors of the harvest
Matthew 9:37, 38  Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the   harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.

Friday:  wisdom and knowledge
Ephesians 1:16, 17, 18 Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of  you in my prayers; That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of  glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him. The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints. 

Saturday: 
as the Holy Spirit directs you
 I Thessalonians 5:17,18  Pray without ceasing.  In every thing give thanks:   for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
